Better zippers should be used
After having this back pack for 4 months, on the same morning the zippers broke off and the backpack had to be cut open to retrieve school supplies out of it. Better zippers should be used, since these backpacks are used almost daily for school and should be able to last a whole school year or two.

Nice looking bag but strap for the back pack is broken and missing a hardware. If it was mine, I would have returned it but I decided to keep it since my daughter loves the design.
