BioCide - Particulates Deodorizer and Odor Treatment Fogger - 6 oz

After reading several reviews, and seeing an issue with the sprayer not staying on, I thought I should share our experience. Our rep walked us through the whole process. At the end, he said, "This is important. If you push the release down, and it won't stay down, to keep releasing the product, here's what you do. Lift the back of the release button, and fold it over the front of the can. Don't worry, you won't tear it off. Then, fold it back to it's original position. When you press it down again, it will stay 'clicked on'." This was very helpful, as several cans needed to have this done.

Since my room was larger, I bought two. I read the (minimal) directions carefully, didn't shake the can (since it didn't tell me to), hit the release and came back a few hours later. I smelled a slight citrus scent, and guessed it worked. I picked up the can to throw it away, and it was still full! SO it looks like the propellant had been exhausted, but the product was still in the can. I shook the second can about 60 seconds, put on a p100 mask, hit the release, and waited. I saw a mist coming out of the top. So far, so good. After about 90 seconds, the mist turned into an intermittent stream of liquid. After about two minutes, even that stopped, and nothing came out. I picked up the can and it had about the same amount of liquid as when it was full.So the chemical inside may be the most mold-busting chemical known to man, but you would never know because the delivery method just plainly does not work! A total waste of money - especially at the price for a little 6-ounce can. Avoid this product!!

I had a leack in my attick crawlspace that caused a lovely mildew smell. My closet is on the otherside of the crawlspace so, all my clothes would smell.. I tried everything, all the home depot sprays, lemoncide ect.. finally I went all in and tore out all the insulation and set off a bomb.. ahhh my bedroom and crawlspace smell crisp and clean! It has been a week I am setting off another bomb (just because) and putting up new insulation. Mold be gone! Highly recommend this product!

Tried using in attic. Had to hold trigger the whole time. Checked second one and do not see easier trigger. Opted to use electrical tape to hold tab down for better dispersement

Although this product is a bit pricey for a one time use it does work well. However, it obviously doesnt correct the problem that is causing a mold mildew smell it does take away the smell for a couple months.

This product was easy to use. I wanted to make sure after cleaning the visible mold I killed any spores that became airborne. I wish I knew for certain that it did that. After reading the instructions I placed a towel down before setting it down on the ground. I have a small bathroom and basically anything in a 3 foot radius from this thing had an orange rust like stain on it when I went back in to check. It took me all day scrubbing to get it out and I had to buy a steam grout cleaner to finally get it out of the grout lines. It does say it can leave stains and to protect floors but I was not expecting that amount of clean up. On the plus side, I haven't seen any new mold growth. So I can't say this is not worth it. Just be prepared for some serious clean up.

Several years ago we had a flood and our crawl space started smelling like mildew and it went all through my house. I tried everything than I came across this stuff. At this point I would try anything. After we sealed off the crawl space we let it off. At first there was a strange smell. We kept it close up until the next day. The mildew smell is gone and my house has no mildew smell at all.

Accidentally sprayed myself in the face trying to click the sprayer in place. I tried multiple times to make it stick to no avail. I had to walk through the house spraying it like a 99¢ air freshener and now I’m outside getting fresh air hoping the tightness in my chest goes away on its own. Does it actually clear the air?? I don’t know bc it isn’t going to be spraying for two hours. I’ll see if I can update 🥵😮‍💨😷
