This is a big gong with excellent sound quality and amplitude It comes with a mallet but no stand. The rope it came with was slightly frayed at one end. You really don't need a gong but if you were going to buy one this is cool.

The sound is good but it came with damaged rope and mallet
Good sound and nice metal, but very disappointed in the condition of the rope on the gong and the damage in the mallet. Would not buy again

Very Good for a Starter Gong. Not What I want long term
I love sound healing. I want to master it.I purchased this one because it was a very good price from a well known brand.I have used it many times. People have liked it.And yet ... It does not have the wide variety of sounds or the tonal sophistication one sometimes hears in way more expensive gong.I love that I bought it. I always believe in buying something less expensive in order to find out what I want. Besides, I can always sell this on craigslist, or give it to a friend when I am ready to invest in the next more one.I am glad I bought it.. But it didn't wow me. Didn't amaze me. Hence the four stars.
