Useless...Waste of money
I have requested for a replacement as the product received wasn’t making any icecream. It was just eating my electricity & wasting my material. I left the bowl inside the freezer for more than 24 hours prior to attempting making any icecream. I put in full cream milk & 250ml of fresh cream to give richness to the icecream & added slivered dry fruits to the cold milk & started churning the icecream mix so that I can get a nice portion of ice cream. However after 40 minutes of churning, the liquid concoction of milk, cream & dryfruits had turned literally watery. To my shock, there was no icecream. The mix that I had put in had turned thinner than what I had put in 40 minutes ago. My immediate reaction was calling the ibell customer support. They asked me to request for a replacement. I will be getting the replacement by tomorrow as have ordered it on the same day of receiving the original product. Let’s see how the new product is. I will be updating my review after I try it out.NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT....I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW AFTER RECEIVING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. ITS LITERAL TRASH. TRIED MAKING ICECREAM IN THE REPLACEMENT SENT BY THE COMPANY. ITS DITTO LIKE THE FIRST MACHINE. AFTER FREEZING CONTAINER FOR 24 HRS, CHURNED THE MIX OF 1 litre MILK, SUGAR, CREAM, VANILLA ESSENCE & DRYFRUITS. PIPED UP THE EXCITEMENT FOR GETTING FRESH ICECREAM ATLAST. MY KID EVEN HAD THE SPOON N BOWL READY FOR THE ICECREAM. HOWEVER THE SAME WATERY MIX THAT I HAD PUT IN ONE HOUR AGO WAS PEEPING AT ME FROM WITHIN THE BOWL, AWAITING TO BE THROWN AWAY IN TRASH. HAD TO GO TO THE STORE & BUY SOME ICECREAM FOR THE LITTLE HUNGRY SOUL AT HOME. Lesson learnt by myself .....NEVER TO BUY ANY IBELL BRAND PRODUCT IN FUTURE . Totally Garbage.....
