Granddaughter will love this! A little tricky to get the batteries in. But quality seems very good!

My 4 yr old loves to play Dr. and this was the perfect gift for him. He will often give us an exam but the monkey is great when he is playing on his own. The monkey is soft and cuddley.

I got this for my niece and she still adores it 3 years later. It was my mother in law who discovered the only issue is that chimpanzees do not have tails as they are apes! Only monkeys have tails.

My granddaughter loved this gift. We love the sounds it makes.

This is an adorable toy and my child loves the backpack and the equipment to take care of the the chimp. But my child pointed out to me that chimps are apes and they don’t have tails. If you don’t care then it’s really a wonderful toy. But I’m really surprised by National Geographic they would get this wrong.

Overall this is a great gift for my 6-7 year old great niece. She plays with it quite often. However the monkey is supposed to make different sounds when squeezed in different places. Only one place still works after only a few months. Disappointing.
