This is a great product. It helps with my anemia and helps keep my hemoglobin count up.

I'm not a person who believes whole heartedly in taking supplement vitamins. However, the one thing the doctor always tells me is that I am a tad low on B-12., so I take B-12 vitamins. B-12 is supposed to be good for the vervous system. I can tell you this, I do feel better when I take them. What I like a tad better is that they're chewable tablets. I've had good reports from the doctor since then, too. I guess it doesn't hurt to take them.

I can't believe I paid $5.69 for these tablets. My mind must have been asleep at the switch.I will be much more carefull in the future to look at exactly what I'll be getting for my moneybecause 50 tablets is easily used up in a week.
