I wanted a good and LOUD alarm for my OBS Ford. I wired this to my door jamb switches and boy is it loud. I sometimes forget to flip off the hidden activation switch and boy am I startled by the blast. Exactly what I was hoping for. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Really nice and loud. My little Prius is no longer a wimpy "meep-meep"! :-)Just a heads-up: On 2nd gen Priuses, you may have to take off the front bumper to get at where you might want to install it. (Since my mechanic had the bumper off anyway just to replace my headlights(*), I just had him install this at same time. Convenient.)Installing soemthing like this requires a relay (which comes with it) so it is not necessary super easy, but my mechanic at least found the instructions clear, and I appreciated the color illustrations. It looked like the manufacturer put care into the instructions rather than just making them a quick afterthought: They looked well laid out.The horn itself and all wiring and connectors looked and felt sturdier and higher quality than I have experienced in the past with a previous air horn from another manufacturer. This OTOH is a solid kit.In sum, for anyone wanting to beef up their horn, this is worth the money and well-made.(*) Yes, 2nd gen Priuses have to have their front bumper removed just to install replacement headlights. Toyota is normally brilliant. But this was a bone-head move from their engineering (or accounting?) department.

It is loud, I’m impressed. It does not sound like a train or a semi but wow it is loud. I put it on a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The wiring that came with it was not long enough to tuck the relay under the seat. I used a different wire harness but next time I’ll splice into the wires to lengthen it. If you don’t mind spending time customizing the install then you’ll like this horn, I do.

Replaced a factory Honda meep meep horn with this mega loud 📣 dual tone. Wasn't expecting that loud. Make sure to run a decent sized ground wire direct to the battery and because this draws so much power, had to substitute a 15 amp fuse inplace of the factory 10 amp fuse. All good now. Bought another one for my other Honda and will install another for on my truck. Yes, it's that loud!

Great product, super loud. Easy to install. Installed on RZR xp1000. Love these. May even put some on my truck!!

Not all that great. It was okay at first, and i mean it was loud. But now it sounded soft. This seems to only work great on bigger batteries not for smaller ones like motorcycles.

Was out on my new kayak a few weeks ago and had a dual-engine fast-mover come screaming past me within 50 feet of me. When my heart-beat recovered I got right on Amazon and ordered this horn not yet knowing how I was going to rig it up on my yak. Fabricated a mounting bracket (see photo), ran some wiring, built a power box, and mounted a horn button on my kayak seat. Let me tell you… my Old Town Bigwater PDL is louder than almost anything on the water. You can literally see the inattentive boaters jump at the helm and immediately make a course correction. That’s what horns are for… to alert people of imminent danger. I feel safer on the water now.Fishing kayakers are an innovative breed… hoping my solution encourages other yakers to configure a sound alert system for themselves and not rely on just a whistle or an aerosol horn that can fall overboard. Be safe and tight lines!

Easy to install, works great and is very loud. Not like a train or semi but still loud. Scared plenty of old people who don't know what a shoulder check or mirror is.
