Was a little hesitant about this product. But it actually works! Yay!

Love this product, I still can take a deep soak in my bathtub!

I have an old bath tub with an old pull-up stop that leaks but can't be removed because the metal screw holding it in place has melded into place over time. This stopper fits over the leaky stopper, stays in place, and effectively keeps the water from leaking away.So this stopper allowed me to enjoy a long full bath for the first time in years! I tested it only for about 30 minutes so I don't know if it would eventually start leaking, but I don't have reasons to expect that. This stopper held up well.By the way, the instructions say open the drain before putting this stopper on top of it so that the water flowing sucks it into place. The video shows the stopper dome caving in at the moment the suction seal is created, but that didn't happen to me. It still worked though.My only gripe about this stopper is that it's so expensive for an object that probably requires only a few cents to manufacture. But I didn't want to chance getting a cheaper but dud stopper so ultimately I am happy with this purchase.

This is super easy to use. It helped add an extra few inches to my bath. Super easy to keep it clean and mold free.

The shape of my tub requires my holding it in place for a minute or 2 as the tub begins to fill.....once filled water stays.

This actually works, unlike the other "highly rated" listing on Amazon. It is definitely made of more substantial material than others so I don't think it will get misshapen over time this the other junk ones selling for $5 less. I am using it for the overflow, not the drain.Works well, the suction cup doesn't stick, but that's because my tub is curved right where the cup would go so it isn't the fault of this cover. If you wait until the water is close to the overflow, and then keep it in place with the suction cup (if you can) or your foot until the water level gets to the "chin" on the cover, it will stay fine unless you're making waves in the tub!

For some reason my landlord decided to go for a textured finish when we needed our tub reglazed. This meant that none of the suction overflow covers would work because the suctions wouldn’t hold on the texture. I decided to give this one a shot as it seemed like the water pressure was enough to keep it on the overflow drain without gaps. While the little suction tab doesn’t stick, it was absolutely fine with just the water pressure alone holding the cover on. I also move around in the tub a lot so I was worried the sloshing water would move it out of place but I haven’t run into that issue at all. I’m very happy this worked out for my tub!
