After reading all the negative reviews, I was very skeptical of what would happen when this arrived... but it's everything I hoped for and more. It's true genuine glass shaped into lettering, not cheap plastic LED lights that other companies/stores might sell. For this price, I am really happy with my purchase. It came fast with prime shipping, and it was packed with large black foam pieces to avoid breakage during shipping. Not sure what everyone else was talking about when they described the package exploding with packing peanuts all over the place... Didn't experience that one. It also comes with a one year warranty which is very handy in the event your product did break while shipping/doesn't work for some reason. It lights up perfectly and is brighter than I thought it would be, and it is the perfect size. I can't wait to step up my YouTube game with this sign in the backdrop! It's a great addition to my studio.

Love the light is so beautiful it’s the center piece in the room I thought it was crooked at first but I just had to adjust the pipe holders. The light is very bright and smaller than expected but since it’s SO bright I’m grateful that it’s small cause anything bigger would blind me: everything about it is beautiful I just really wish it was not so strong or that there was a way to adjust the dimness. if you’re trying to buy a neon light like I did for like late date nights and Netflix and chill vibes it’s like an insane asylum and is not peaceful at all I would recommend getting the pink/red color it’s probably more the vibe but OVERALL it works I love it and am grateful just somethjng I would’ve wanted to know before purchasing

I ordered this sign at around 12:30 am (at night) and by the time I had woken up at 11:30 am the next day, it was already on my porch! (I have amazon prime though). It is packaged very carefully and is obvious that the light is of good quality. It plugs right in and turns on, also comes with a metal beaded chord type thing to hang it with. Very visually appealing and I'd say the only thing that I don't like is how the chord is black but the back of the light is clear. Luckily, that isn't noticeable unless the light is off. Love it and would buy it again!

Arrived in perfect condition! Something I was a little nervous about. The packaging kept it safe but because it was a bunch of little foam pieces, the unboxing got a little messy. On another note, the neon sign is a little bigger than I expected and great quality for the price! It looks amazing in my home studio and has been an overall good purchase the few days I have had it.

The media could not be loaded. So this sign is great. It came completely packed with the little foam pieces shown in the video to ensure it arrives intact. No set up was required, just plug in and turn on. There is a handy on/off switch so it may be left plugged in. The light is super bright and beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to get it hung on the wall!

When I received this product the first time, it arrived broken. Luckily, I was able to receive a new one and it arrived in perfect condition. Now, just 4 months later, the light no longer works. Although this product is very cool if it works properly, it is not worth the money due to how easily it can break.

So cute and the light is bright enough for it to be the only light on in a room and provide adequate lighting.

Exactly what I was looking for! Wanted some nice motivational wall art for above my home office nook and this worked perfectly! Very trendy and bright. I personally hung it with two nails instead of using the attached metal chain that came with it. Fast shipping! The only thing to note is the size (which the seller specifies in the description) - I knew it would be on the smaller side which is what I wanted but it looks larger in some photos
