I used this for a week in norfolk and a few days in the peak district, at the end of each day, so approx 15-20 miles of wandering each dayDid i feel extra refreshed/recharged/different as opposed to ordinary shower gel? No. But I didn’t feel any worse either. It felt just like a normal shower gel.Could i smell the pink grapefruit? YesWould i buy it again? Probably not. It didn’t last as long as i would hope, and didn’t have any obvious positive effect. but if this was the only shower gel available to you, it is absolutely fine to use. Just don’t expect miracles.

Not that efficient
Feels like slime, most of it slips in the bathtub rather than becoming foamy in the palm. Not like the others I tried from the same brand.
