I had to send the first one back because it came damaged. No problem there; the exchange was fairly simple and came the next day. The new one arrived in great condition. I rated this a four instead of a five because there wasn't much color variation of the balls (all white on half of each ball and the other half had these four colors: 2 yellow, one red, one pink--almost red). I was hoping for more colors, like in the picture. AND, there were no instructions. I finally found a video to watch on the page here. In hindsight, sure, it was simple to put together. I think a 3X5 card with instructions or a link to a video would be a nice addition. The birds like it, so that makes it a good purchase.
