UPDATE: I learned an important lesson today: I will always reach out to a company first if I'm not satisfied with a product - often times, the company will work with you to fix the situation. That just happened to me. After leaving a poor review (the bed sheets didn't fit my mattress properly), I received an email from Cosy House Collection stating that they read my review at that they were so sorry I wasn't happy. They went above and beyond to remedy the situation and I was seriously blown away. I even felt guilty for not having reached out to them first before leaving the review. The sheets I received didn't fit correctly, but Cosy is a stand-up small business and they insisted on making it right. Not many companies out there like that. Very impressed. I was irritated when I left my original review. Sheets were soft and beautiful. Give them a try.

The sheets were advertised to fit on an oversize mattress. Our queen mattress is a pillow-top, but they would not even have fit a regular queen mattress. The fitted sheet is several inches too short around, and we could not even get it over the last corner without stretching it so far that I thought we would tear it. Once we got it that far there was no possible way it would go around the bottom of the corners. The sheets are cool and comfortable, so it's disappointing that they don't fit as advertised.Update - the problem was not with the sheets, it was because I ordered the wrong size. This was because the Amazon website did something that I didn't notice. The way I ordered mine was to first go to the item on Amazon and click on Queen. Then I clicked on the color and ordered it. However, the tan sheets aren’t available in queen size so the website automatically changed the size to full. There is no notification when that happens and I didn’t notice it which is why I ordered the wrong size.When I told the company that they didn't fit they immediately refunded my money, which is what inspired me to review my order where I discovered the size issue. I have since ordered another set, the right size this time. I highly recommend this company as one to do business with.

This is the fourth set of sheets I have ordered from this company. I use them to make hospital masks for cancer patients. It's surprisingly difficult to find bamboo material, which is great for wicking away moisture and is a natural anti-microbial material, so someone suggested looking for sheets. These sheets are really soft against overly sensitive skin, a side-effect of chemo. My daughter readily wears her mask when we go out, because they are more comfortable, which helps protect her from getting sick. And I know a number of other kids who are actually keeping their masks on for the same reason, when it had been a battle with the paper masks...On the third order, I was sent the wrong color. So I used Amazon's easy returns, and was sent a new set immediately. But I was also contacted by Cosy House to make sure I had gotten what I needed, and apologizing for the mistake. Great customer service and a great product!

At first I liked these sheets, always wash items before I use them. After using them 2 separate occasions for approx 3-4days each time they have those little balls all over the bottom sheet wherever my body was in contact. I call the balls beady balls and they are uncomfortable to your skin. Past return timeframe so stuck with them. I will not use them again. They are supposed to be bamboo but I believe they are the cheap microfiber used so often now. I will stick with percale or cotton from now on.

These sheets are listed - "Premium Bamboo Bed Sheets" in the big print - as bamboo. In the fine print it says they're 60% microfiber. Microfiber is not a natural material and I find it clingy. It's difficult to move without the top sheet rolling with you if you want to turn over in your sleep. The listing also says they're ideal for deeper mattresses and will easily cover up to a 16-inch mattress. My mattress is 11.5 inches and it doesn't tuck under the corners, let alone the sides. Another reviewer recommended contacting them if you had a problem. I tried that. No response whatsoever. Very dissatisfied customer. The sheets felt okay...but SUPER thin! They only made it onto my bed once before I returned them. (And I RARELY return items.) . They fit okay initially on my standard Cal King bed, but they did bunch within the first two nights. I went to tighten the sheets on the corner because it was starting to slip off the mattress and my hand ripped right through the sheet. I've never had this happen to any sheet I've ever owned, not even ones that were over a decade old and used in a regular rotation. Very dissatisfied with the sheets.

First let me say that I am satisfied with the purchase. These sheets are everything they promised. The color was spot on with the advertising, the sheets feel soft almost airy. We washed them out of the package because they had a shipping funk or were too long in the plastic. Washed right out and with the wicking effect they dried in under 10 minutes on a medium setting. They fit the mattress perfectly as well. We were initially dissatisfied with the feel of the sheets, the texture of the mattress and the liner came right through and the sheets were a little grabby when sleeping. We relegated the sheet set to spares for the guest bedroom, and were other wise satisfied. However, the Cozy House customer service team noted our initial review and refunded us as we weren't completely satisfied with their product. 3 of 5 stars for the product, 10 stars for excellent customer service and standing by their guarantee. If they come out with a similar product in a heavier weave and higher thread count we will most definitely order again.

These sheets are amazing! They are so soft, wash beautifully and do not wrinkle. They generously fit my very deep king mattress and not only look quality but are quality. They are also true to the colour displayed which does not usually happen. I highly recommend them

I ordered 2 different colours for my daughters who’s beds we are upgrading from double/twin to queen. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because the color was not like it was shown in the picture. I would describe the “royal blue” more like a “tiel” and the “baby blue” closer to a “dusty blue”.That being said.. the sheets are sooo soft and from first feel appear to be very well made. When my kids beds arrive and we start using them, I will update if any issues arise. But overall I would say the quality of sheets are well above what I paid for them. Very happy the kids weren’t set on the color shade☺️🙌🏻

Reçu plus tôt que prévu, mais déçu de la qualité! Le tissu est plutôt mince, les coutures simples et la finition laisse à désirer. Je sais bien que ce ne sont que des draps et en payant plus cher, je m'attendais à mieux de cette Cie Cosy! La garantie à vie me laisse perplexe. Mais ils ont l'air bien. J'avais commandé 2 ensembles et les 2 avaient de petits défauts, rien de grave.

I just opened these sheets to put on the bed and there was a big sketchy stain on them. Pretty concerning for brand new sheets. Will now need to wash before using, there is no use in returning them. Tons of loose threads and the packaging literally fell apart before I had even opened them. All in all I'm very disappointed. I thought these would be better quality, premium is definitely not the way to describe them. Will not be recommending them.They do feel soft and great colour though.

These sheets are extremely scratchy....high level of polyester. The sheets have an awful smell like dirty packing material .I have washed 3 times...not a removable smell. I ranked 1 STAR since the color is fabulous!

I love the deep colour, the softness of the sheets as is usual for bamboo. There were a few pulls (extra long threads in excess) in the sheets; which explains the 4 out of 5.

The sheets are paper thin and look cheap. I have 1000 thread count now that are nice and rich and paid half the price. Prime in Australia is a real let down.

These sheets are very soft and comfortable but have not held up in terms of durability. We have had and used them for 2 months and they are already getting holes in several places.

This product was a Christmas gift for my son. He really likes them. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the product as well as the speed of delivery.

These are very nice sheets. They fit well and are very comfortable to sleep between.
