Too coarse and not as tasty as my normal brand is.
Thought I would try this brand since my regular brand (Viva) was out of stock. Taste was so-so but the granules were too big and even harder to get them to mix up in my recipes. It was better than nothing :-) when I definitely needed it but am thankful that my Viva Naturals is back in stock!
