HaloviewBooster Module for Truck Camera Power Supply

We changed tow vehicles from a 2014 Audi Q7 to a 2019 Audi Q7 and the Haloview camera would not work with the newer vehicle (turns out not enough power for the existing camera on our travel trailer to work with the newer model). Purchased this $20 "booster" and it works perfectly again

I have a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why the camera worked wired directly to the receiver in pairing mode but would not pair once I installed it on my camper. I installed this filter and it paired immediately.

We upgraded to a newer RV, but kept our existing Haloview Rear Camera as it was a better quality photo and allowed for the wide angle view to see our trailer when it was being towed. We can also see more rear traffic while travelling and know better when to change lanes. Yes our new RV came with a backup camera that can be seen at all times and side view cameras that only showed when activated by the turn signal. But Haloview is just a MUCH better product. However, we needed this adapter to run the Haloview as we plugged into the running lights on the RV so we had ALL TIME viewing when the running lights are on. Because the newer RV has LED lights this adapter was necessary for there to be enough power to start can keep the Haloview camera running.

This made it worse. It cut all power to the camera when I plugged it in. I returned this and the camera system. Huge waste of time and money.

Needed this for 2023 Silverado 3500 to hook up hall view camera. Newer Chevys pigtail don’t supply enough power to start camera.

Did not make an improvement in the operation of the system. Still didn't work, wasted my money.

Would not work without this.

Do NOT order if you have a 2019-2020 GMC or GM. It will not work!! No booster will work. Haloview should mention this in listing. Wasted so much time trying to get this to work. Tested every connection at each step and wasted so much time trying to get this to work. It will not work period.

Made the Haloview camera installed on my Rv work with Audi Q5. Without the adapter camera did not work

I was a little skeptical but it worked perfectly.
