The resins are high quality incense and the burner is great. It’s lovely and excellent quality too. They also provided a small plate to put the burner on. I highly recommend this product and this seller.

Awesome but the pack of charcoal was only half of the log haha but besides that awesome product would have been five stars if I didn’t get skeeted on the coals

The metal screen for the coal to burn on had some issues with a few metal pieces not attached correctly or came loose some point on the shipping? Either way I fixed that problem pretty easily with some needle nose pliers....but seriously that's all I have negative about this product. The frankincense and myrrh that I received was very high quality. If you're just wanting to test the waters with resin burning, this little kit is a wonderful start. Note* I will say that you're on your own when it comes to instructions but a little research never hurt no one experiencing something new

The media could not be loaded.  I was thinking the incense vase was a little bit bigger but I like how small it is comfortable for any space.. the details around the base is beautiful and the incense smells are amazing I recommend 100 it and I will buy again

It's a good product except it lacks a pad for the burner which gets insanely hot.
