I suffer with a lot of back pain due to my job involving lifting heavy equipment. I've been looking for a way to exercise at home but didn’t want anything too large as I don't have a great deal of space. I liked the look of this as it covered all the key core strength and balance exercises I need to do, but it could be folded away into a bag when I’m not using it.I also liked how simple it is to use. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the exercises easy to do. I’ve started off with the recommended exercises and I can already feel the difference - I’m really surprised such small movements can help so much.Would recommend.

Most physio for back pain concentrates on strengthening the thigh and glute muscles which support the back from below. The SpineGym puts the muscles attached to the spine’s full length under strain, Pilates style. It works for me. Recommended.

After 2 months of use one of the poles splintered and broke. I'm attempting to purchase a replacement pole, please let me know how I can do this.

Been using the spinal machine for around two weeks. I've had multiple MRI scans and the results were spinal stenosis down my whole spine along with prolapse.....etc etc...this so far has "touch wood" has been the best equipment I've bought.

I received my SpineGym a few days ago, it was well packaged and isn’t too big, so it’s easy to store it. I bought it as I'm hoping to improve my core strength and balance and needed something to help exercise at home. The exercises are easy to follow and I’ve started to feel a difference. So far so good!

Does not do a grear job, expensive with low usefulness

A few exercises without equipment will provide equal if not better help.

Simple principle, good quality, a bit expensive for what it is.

Everything about the SG gets a 100% from me. Well thought out. Quality Product. Can break down to take with you anywhere. I use in combination with the Stealth App and play their core games. I hold my phone up in-front of me and :I can pass the time away. By positioning the phone in the correct orinetation for the game, you can control lhe game with your core movement. SpineGym is great bang for the buck. I'd buy again.

It does work but you can do very similar exercises with an excercise band.

I didn't even need to open the box to be disappointed. It was clear right away that $200 for this purchase was a mistake. I opened it and was immediately filled with regret. What an EXCELLENT idea and concept. It has just been extremely poorly executed with obvious attempts to cut the cost of production. If this idea is patented and trademarked, I really think the folks over at spinegym need to get together and come up with a new plan. If not...there is definitely some opportunity for competition out there because this concept is absolutely simple, and brilliant.
