Perfect 7" Battery Powered Ceramic Christmas Tree
Item is just as described. It reminds my wife of the one that she had when she was a child. Be aware that the switch is for "Off" and "Timer." The Timer setting keeps the tree on for 6 hours before automatically shutting it off, again. To turn it on again, simply move the switch back to "Off" and back to "Timer." A great feature to preserve the batteries when/if you forget to turn it off.Update:After a week of using this tree with fresh batteries, I can confirm that it eats batteries pretty quickly. I was able to get about 5 "sessions" before the tree was noticeably dim. If you plan to power on this tree more than a few times during the season, invest in a good set of rechargeable batteries. Knocking one star off my initial review.

Cannot review a smashed, broken item.
Cannot review the item...received smashed and broken. Will cost me more in postage to return the broken item then what I paid for it. Threw it in the garbage.

Waste of money
While the tree is very cute, the lights do not work correctly. I put batteries in the tree and it is fine for one or two days and then goes out. I do not want to keep replacing batteries every day or two for 6 hours of lights. I am a teacher and thought this would be good in my classroom. Would not buy again!
