Found the product useful in the beginning but doesn’t seem to have as much effect after long term

I believe this really helps me keep my blood sugar under control.

I find that it does give me energy and after nearly a month I saw a 4 lb loss. I take the 2 capsules in the morning before my breakfast...and the energy boost lasts most of the work day
