Expected a better quality Product
The JKGrovv Logo is nowhere to be seen (as seen in the product Pic). Product is of inferior quality, Hard plastic is used which is prone to breakage. But major reason for return was, the foam strap provided falls shorter than the slot and thinner in diameter than the raised dots which makes it uncomfortable for back (spinal).
