Very sharp and produces quite thin rectangles of cheese which is good but if you want something thicker make sure you keep your old grater. Its still a great product though and well made and sturdy in the hands and easy to use

Does exactly what it says, is robust, can crush a good quantity of garlic, is easy to clean and very sturdy. I prefer a flat surface to the press as it gives a much better consistency than the versions that have prongs to align with the holes.Yes it’s a bit more expensive than your cheapo versions, but it will pay for itself as you won’t be buying a replacement every few weeks. Also looks and feels great, and with the red handles I can easily find it in the utensil draw 👍👍👍
