The rings are solid, the straps are excellent quality. Rubber band are great too. You can't go wrong with this set.

The rings are great but when the ropes are not the same lengths, it’s a pain to adjust. I’m disappointed because the rings and the ropes are the basics of this object and one of the two is not from a good quality.Otherwise the rest is fine

This was a great purchase! The quality of the product is long-lasting! It’s cost effective as well! Easy to use in the comfort of my own home for working out! I would definitely recommend this product to all of my friends and family!

The set is petty good quality overall. But I cannot use them as intended — the measurements on the straps are misaligned, deeming them useless, and the rings are different sizes, making the set unsafe and uncomfortable to use.
