Cute hat but the description says it's 21-23". The one I received was only 20". Not large enough for my need.

Nice! Although not what I expected
This beanie has a great design. For me it was not the material I expected, and while it is slouchy, it does not have the rounded shape I prefer due to the construction of the the item. I'll still enjoy wearing it though.
