This really helps in falling asleep fast

The product is unique in its melt in the mouth technology. All in all it is giving us a great nights sleep. I have ADHD whereas my wife has Autism. Healthy, natural sleep for 6-8 hours is a precious resource for us. We were tired of playing tricks everyday in our head like keeping a finger on the pulse and recollecting a random word every 10 beats or turning on the AC on a cool clear beautiful night because of barking dogs, doing insane physical activity to generate fatigue and worst of all waking up like crap and reading that a healthy sleep reduces our symptoms. So this little strip really helps in that aspect. We split a strip between us at night and drift gently to sleep.Pros:- Monk fruit extract has a nice sweetness, may not be everyone's cup of tea but its better than your hundred'th cup of tea so suck it up.- Strips were packed well and dry, but since I received a batch packaged in winter that's to be expected. I don't mind licking it from the wrapper it good practice for special occasions. Gentlemen take note.- The composition is great as it comes with Tryptophan and B6 which I don't need to take from a separate pill.- You wake up fresh and energized and the melatonin wears off slowly and as per the body's natural systems. Long term use is not well researched but I will take this over valiums and ADHD meds for sure.Cons:- Dosage is ridiculously high! Personally I would prefer a 1 and 2,5 mg option, but so far my wife and I just split it. When she is away on tour I might struggle with cutting and storing a strip in the fridge. 5 mg each made us pass out like we'd had a bottle of liquor each.

Doesn't help in resetting circadian rhythm. Better go for a doc. Packaging was nice. The strips are well sealed in a small tin box. The flavour is also good and strips melts properly but again not gonna work for all.

This product is gimmicky and comes with a lot of wasteful packaging. I have used melatonin for years for jet lag, night shift recovery and premenstrual restless sleep. I like the sublingual formulation best and thought I would try these as it is the closest I could find on Amazon India for mucosal absorption. The product sticks to the roof of your mouth rather than sits on your tongue. It is gummy and sticky. The taste is bearable though definitely not a pleasant flavour. I don't even want to think about the chemicals involved in making a dissolvable strip like this! It comes with a lot of wasteful packaging as each strip is individually wrapped. The melatonin does help you get to sleep eventually but I wouldn't buy this again. There are better melatonin products available. I wish Amazon India would stock Natrol sublingual fast dissolve melatonin.

One more product I almost missed due to bad reviews. I always made a point to read reviews before buying on Amazon. However lately I have noticed that this "bottom up" review system has its own flaws.I cannot understand bad reviews about the packaging- it's flawless- one of the best I have seen.Each strip is carefully packed airtight in tea bag like thin packets. (I can give benefit of doubt of defective product received by a few, but not so many reviews). Taste is acceptable too. It literally Melts in the mouth.Efficacy reviews are understandable. The ingredients (melatonin etc) have very subtle effect on sleep and may or may not even work for all. This is not a replacement for sleeping pills. It will not knock you out.I've used melarest 10mg (oil based) much before which seemed to work for me. I would even scoop out the liquid & use one capsule for 3 days. The next order after a long time came in dry tablet form which refused to work for me. The oil based is not available any more.I even tried the very expensive Now melatonin 3mg. Both the above had no effects, side effects or even placebo effects on me.This one (along with the earlier oil based one) gives me very slight stomatch discomfort especially in 1st few days. Ok so side effects meant that I could expect effects too from it. It seems to work if I take it for sleeping much before my usual sleep time i.e. 10 pm instead of 1am. No after effects in the morning too.Will i recommend it to everyone? Not really if you are expecting a knockout effect of a sleeping pill.Melatonin works for some & not for others. Also the effect is very subtle (may not work if your mind is very very active before you sleep).Use it as an adjunct to a good sleep hygeine. For me it seems to work for now & I really do not care even if it's just a placebo effect till it actually works. You can decide on your own.And please do write your own review. It's for our own benefit.BTW now im cutting the inside strip in 2 parts for 2 day use as the 5mg dose is not really necessary for me.
