j'entraîne en badminton des jeunes de12 à 17, et tous ceux qui on voulu faire le test avec le "correct grip" on vu une amélioration de la prise de raquette et de la qualité de leurs coups en générale. Excellent pour les débutants.

Best for starters
Pro - It's best for first group who are in initial phase of learning (not best for new entries). This product is hard plastic, so cannot be used for long time. If this could be practised on and off 10 mins in training time, it would make good difference.It could be used for intermediate who needs grip fix for some of shots.Con - Hard plastic

This was recommended by the YouTuber Tobias Wadenka: I was pleasantly surprised by how much the difference having this made! My grip and swing has improved immensely. The only con is that is starts hurting after playing a few games; though that can't be helped... The pros outweigh the cons. Would buy again if my current one broke, but its pretty sturdy so far.
