Wow! These are great and so much cheaper!
After receiving my order and going through at least 20 pods already, I’m really questioning whether the negative reviews are genuine or inserted to sabotage a competitor. I have not had one issue with these pods. I am so impressed with the taste and that they are a fraction of the cost of the Nespresso brand pods. I say that’s a win & I highly recommend them!

Better than a value priced espresso
This morning I compared the Bestpresso Intenso to Nespresso's Kazaan. Lots from both brands vary but this morning the Intenso was more satisfying in terms of full body and deep coffee flavors.

Not quite the flavor I had hoped for.
I was trying to find an alternative to the Nespresso pods at a lower price. Bestpresso offered that, but I had no way of testing the taste. When they got here, in good time, I tried one and found it lacking in fullness, body and flavor. However, I also found I can use two pods for one cup of coffee that has a decent flavor, and still come out ahead financially. Not bad, and this is only the first of two batches I bought, so I will see what the Columbia does. Overall a good experience, but I will keep on searching for that perfect fullness and taste!

The new silver pods make my machine leak!!
I have been using this exact coffee for over 3 years. My latest shipment had silver aluminum pods instead of yellow aluminum pods. I am not saying the color matters here, but... from the first silver pod, my machine acted funny. I would hit the button to brew, and it would go normal for a few seconds, but then it would made a loud noise and the coffee was coming out much faster and lighter. I thought it was weird, but I tried another one. Same thing. Then I tried a decaf (blue pod) and it was perfect. So I went back to a silver, same problem. So, I have a huge box of coffee now, that is give me this issue. So I problem solve, and just try to make it work. I stand there, and stop the brew as soon as it starts the noise, and start it up again. This works. Annoying but it works. Yesterday, I am making my coffee and I notice water dripping on the platform that my Nespresso machine is on. I pick up the machine, and its soaking wet.I trouble shoot. It says to descale. So I do. No leaking what so ever throughout the descale process.I think, ok. I am in the clear, and do not need a new machine.Today, I go to make my coffee and it's leaking again. So now, I am at a crossroads. I dont know if its a bad batch of coffee pods, or my machine!!The only thing that is different is the pods. So later today I will make coffee with decaf pods, and we will see if it leaks. If it does I will need a new machine. If it does not, then its the silver pods.I really hope it's not the silver pods. I love this coffee, and I can't find a replacement for even close to the same price.

They stand behind their product
Initially, I posted a review here indicating that the taste of my decaf pods was a little funky. To my surprise, Bestpresso reached out to me directly as a result and offered to make it right. They said "not every package is precisely the same and it is possible you received from a batch that was under our standards." I was mightily impressed by such proactive customer service, a rare thing nowadays.By the way, since others are mentioning it, I had no issues at all using the pods in my CitiZ machine.

Great taste - great buy!
We love coffee and have found a great deal with these Bestpresso pods. This is now our third 120-pod case purchase of the Intenso (purple aluminum pods), found as a replacement to our previous non-Nespresso brand choice, and are very happy with the flavor and great price, with pods working well, always with consistent and adequate flow.

New design doesn't (fully) work with Breville machine.
UPDATE: The seller refunded the full cost. Thank you. We purchased another batch of pods... They work, sort of. They at least puncture the foil and brew an expected flavorful coffee, however, the stream is about half or less than the "Product of Spain" caramel flavor (as opposed to the new design "Product of Italy") that we expect to see. As such, it seems to be putting undue strain on the coffee machine as it struggles to push water through these new pods. This new batch is workable, but less than a smooth operation. I revised the star rating from 1 star to3, full quick and responsive customer service, and functional pods. Just to be clear: the coffee was and continues to be really good!Similar to others, I have been purchasing these capsules for several years. The plastic ones were fine, and the initial transition to aluminum was seamless. However, the most recent iteration, packaged in their new box of 20 capsules instead of 10 (no complaints here), does NOT fit our Breville Nespresso compatible machine. It doesn't puncture the foil side. I have been pre-puncturing the foil with a knife before inserting. Unfortunately, this is only 50% effective, as the machine will struggle to force the water through, sometimes faulting out and shutting down the brewing operation, and sometimes trying several times then forcing through with excessive pressure, suddenly spewing coffee then delivering a weak, watered down coffee. You gotta fix this! I'll have to find another supplier before you break my machine. My wife gets the caramel flavor and that brews like a champ! I see that our next delivery will also be in the updated packaging, but hopefully you haven't changed those capsules, too.

I stopped buying Nespresso coffee pods.
This is my second order and again this works perfectly in my Pixie Nespresso machine. I tried the Arabica first, then bought the higher intensity Columbia. They were both excellent. Arabica for those who prefer milder coffee and Columbia for those who prefer stronger coffee. I read online that Nespresso pods are made by Bestpresso. It makes one wonder why Nespresso is double the price.UPDATE: Unlike the 2 other flavours I previously bought, I had problems with the Brazil flavour which, I believe, has a much finer ground, making it difficult for the water to go through. I thought it was my machine but then I tried it with the Columbia flavour I still have and no problem with that. Thanks to Amazon.ca excellent Customer Service, I was refunded and didn't have the hassle of having to return it. I ordered the Variety Pack this time and hope I don't encounter the same problem.

Unbeatable price.
Not bad at all and price is unbeatable. It's best for lattes, cappuccinos or americanos, not so much for espresso, too watery and no so much crema, but the flavor is good. The only think I don't like is that the front of the capsules sometimes breaks and you get a tiny bit of coffee powder on your cup.

Decent Decaf !
This is the first time we have tried this brand and so far we are enjoying the taste.Compared to,more expensive nexpresso pods these are pretty good made from aluminum and not plastic. Maybe not as strong as others but more a personal taste for an after dinner before bed Lungo coffee
