Victor AllenCoffee Variety Pack Cup Single Serve Cup, 120 Count (Compatible with 2.0 Keurig Brewers)

I've bought this before and I enjoyed all of the flavors. However, this time the Italian Roast is not able to be used in my Keurig. It gives an error. I've gotten the error before and I just rotate the kcup and it works. Not this time. I'm disappointed that the Italian Roast can't be used. The rest of the flavors are fine though.

Love all these flavors - I specifically ordered this variety pack because it had the caramel macchiato flavor (which I have had on it’s own previously).However, one issue I experienced: I think the variety pack sent Hazelnut coffee mislabeled as caramel macchiato. These smelled and tasted like hazelnut, especially when I directly compared to my remaining caramel machiatto from a previously purchased caramel box. I am also allergic to tree nuts and am extremely aware of the smell and taste of hazelnut coffee and I am 99% positive they sent hazelnut flavored coffee mislabeled as caramel macchiato. I can’t drink these so ended up giving them to a friend, but I’m hesitant to order this again without knowing that the flavored ones will be correctly labeled.

This coffee is great! Good quality. tastes great. Delivered as expected.

After researching all the different variety packs offered by Victor Allen, I specifically chose this one because because it had the flavors I love for the best price. However, despite the photo AND product features & details stating it comes with 24 each of Donut Shop, French Roast, Italian Roast, French Vanilla, and Caramel Macchiato...the pack I got came with Kona Blend and DECAF instead of Italian Roast and Caramel Macchiato. What the hell am I gonna do with 24 decaf cups?!? And of course the Italian Roast is my favorite, and my husband likes the caramel macchiato...the two that we didn’t get. Product is non-returnable and every time I try to contact the seller, I get the “oops, something went wrong” error. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I've bought this specific box a couple time. I like the variety.I load my coffee storage with each flavor and refill when needed. I noticed the past couple times that some flavors would run out before the others even though I used them evenly. 120 pods, 5 flavors. So it should be 24 of each flavor. I counted this time. Only 106 pods. 14 short. 22 pods of some and even less for others. Not 24 each.This company is shorting boxes on purpose and has been doing it for quite awhile.Do with this information as you like. Maybe you still find it cost effective? But would you if they sold for the same price but only had 106 instead of 120 as advertised?
