I only gave it a two star because I just started using it and as with all vitamins it takes a long time and consistency to be able to tell if it's working or not.. I'm hoping it will.

I like these pills I feel better and my hair and skin seem to feel and look better. I give them a 4 star because they are easy to take and seem to help. I haven't taken the entire bottle yet to know the full effect but I will continue to and give an update when I complete the bottle. The price is much cheaper that similar supplements I have tried. They don't have a scent which is good and they don't leave any kind of after taste. I'm happy and will continue to use. Anything you can take to help slow down mother nature is a win win for me.
