I recently bought some new steak knives, and wanted to try to keep them sharp. These work great.The sleeves have felt inside, so the knife shouldn't get scratched up. My knives fit very snugly in the sleeves, so I can't imagine them coming out by accident.I've never used sleeves like this before (which explains why my steak knives are always beat up), and I quickly realized that a little bit of caution is in order (I'm sure the same is true with any other similar product). It would be easy to stab your hand if you try to put the knife in the sleeve and don't get the tip solidly in the sleeve. Don't be in a hurry.I expect these to last for a long time, but if I needed more for some reason, I'd gladly buy these again.

Nothing fancy but does exactly what you expect
I use these in my knife roll since sharp knives will inevitably cut through the cloth in the roll. If you're the type of horrible person that leaves loose knives in a drawer they will save you from being cut or stabbed.

Perfect for the old knives which we needed to store in a drawer after getting a new set. Covers the blade without damaging it and enables us to keep them safely in case needed.

Was soll man sagen?Die Schutzhüllen kamen gut verpackt an und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Sicher, die Plastikhülle sieht nicht super edel aus, aber die Klingen sitzen sicher (sofern man die passende Größe für das jew. Messer auswählt) und sind gegen Abstumpfen im Messerfach wirksam geschützt.

These are great when storing for transport. Reasonable quality without being too thick so they fit in my knife carrying case.
