Calligraphy Set - Feather Quill Pen And Ink For Beginners (RedFeather)

The ink is terrible. It smells like cheap children’s paint. The ink is super light, not black. If you look at the photo, the ink is lighter than a normal pencil.The way this pen is designed, ink gets on your fingers while writing. However, it can be washed off with soap.The feather is also broken/poorly constructed in two places, at the base and tip of the feather white parts are shown.You are probably better off buying calligraphy brush pens or a plain wooden calligraphy pen without the feather.I was super excited to get this pen to try out the old fashioned style of writing, however this was a disappointment.
