Lactose free icecream
Use with plant based cream to make no churn ice cream. The last one was raspberry ripple and was delicious.

Lovely alternative
It's not on the cream side not white more like slightly transparent. However the flavour is nice so as a milk replacement it was ok. If your looking for that white cream look this isn't it.

Overly sweet
Much more sweet than its milk alternative. Sickeningly sweet almost. Also very clumpy, particularly at cooler temperatures (which makes sense, it is coconut oil essentially on top of sugar), but I found it hard to mix even in hotter items.

Works for anyone needing df condensed milk
Bought this to use in a recipe I used to make, (a Christmas log) but now needs to be gf and df. It worked fine. It’s not got quite the same consistency and had to mix it in really well, it’s a lot thicker. The recipe turned out lovely, so very happy.
