This is probably the greatest Wet/Dry Vac to exist. It's sleek, lightweight, and has lots of little connectors and do-dads. You gotta mess around and figure out which connector piece fits with which thing though, they could put that in the instructions booklet. However if you played one of those "Match the Shapes" games as an infant, you should be able to figure it out.The sucking power is so great, that my now ex wife became consumed with jealousy. She knew that she was no match for Sheila. As if some guardian angel called out to me. I bolted upright at 2 AM. There I saw a figure in the dark standing over my dear Sheila, and I saw the glint of steel in the pale moonlight. I watched in horror, as I saw the hammer come crashing down with a rage. that no mere mortal should witness. BUT to my surprise, I heard a faint "Crack" and heard a yelp. My WIFE turned the lights on , revealing her true nature. She threw out her back, and with it, any morsel of humanity that was left in her heart.So here I am in a cold empty house, but it sure is, clean as hell.

So this last summer I made a terrible mistake. There was a hornet's nest that seemingly appeared out of nowhere outside my back door. Well, I had the amazing idea I would attack the nest with a hose and this shop vac. The hose to destroy the nest and the shop vac to scoop up any flyers. Let me tell you - that's not how a shop vac works. The good news is that as I screamed and ran, this shop vac WAS very effective at pulling hornets out of the layered sweatshirts I had on. I was absolutely amazed at the suction power of this shop vac when a hornet is repeatedly trying to push its stinger past two layers of thick cotton.That said, I use this shop vac to vacuum my garage and parts of my house and it works wonderfully. There are WAY more attachments than I could ever use and I like how it can get down into the nooks and crannies of between the seats of my car.

I bought this vacuum for one reason and that was to have something I could use in the spring and summer to clean up my parrots aviary. They make huge messes on my screened in deck, and I thought this looked promising. The first use, was just after it arrived in early March and they hadn't had a chance to really make a mess. Everything worked fine for a lite clean up. Then second use was not till after the return window was closed, and it started clogging up like crazy. I'd constantly have to blow out the hose, and half the time that didn't work. If I let is set for a bit, that helped a bit, not always.We tried using this to clean up some wet areas in the cellar with a concrete floor mind you, we weren't vacuuming up rocks, the the suction was even worse for wet areas.So tonight, I thought I give this thing one more chance in the aviary. The attachment that hooks on the nozzle to the wand broke, so I duck tape it, and everything was fine, and then the suction stopped. Check for clogs, none. Restart it, works for a bit, then it clogs...........rinse and repeat that 8 times, and I still didn't get all the room clean. The damn thing is going in the trash. Bissel should be ashamed for charging that kind of money for such a worthless piece of crap!I've been let down and disappointed in the past by a lot of products, but how a company that does vacuums, can make suck pure crap is beyond me. This has to be the biggest let down yet. I'll never ever buy another bissel product.

This vacuum is awesome. I read the reviews before I bought it and was concerned about the suction as some people said it was horrible. Well those people obviously didn't see the sliding vacuum pressure adjustment on the handle. Suction is very strong. No hose? Look in the canister. This is a good vacuum with good accessories. You won't be disappointed.
