It does what it is suppose to and very sturdy, plus no trip to hardware store for mounting screws.
After purchasing a refurbished monitor off ebay with the "no stand included" way down on the bottom of listing on the factory copied spec sheet I was very happy to find this and fast delivery. All tools and screws included and nicely adjustable both height and angle all ways. Very glad I purchased and big and sturdy enough for a much bigger than 24" monitor.
