XL Zero Gravity Chair - Ashbrook Outdoors Portable Folding Chair (Color:Bamboo)

2nd purchase of Zero Gravity chair from this store. The first is still strong condition 3 years later, which active use. We needed the XL this time, for quite large male family friend recovering from serious car accident. He slept in this chair many nights convalescing, and was quite comfortable. I was concerned this chair could stably handle size and weight of this man. I called ahead to Ashbrook, and their stellar customer service walked me through their products. I highly recommend this chair, and Ashbrook; both very high quality.

The chair itself is comfortable and fairly lightweight. However the 350 pound rating appears to only be accurate so long as you don't recline in the chair. Both chairs failed while in the recline position. The first chair failed almost immediately and I was slightly injured when it failed. Thankfully I received a refund for it. The second chair lasted for a couple of hours of use but also failed in the exact same way while in the recline position. Luckily my wife was not injured when the second chair failed. A decent buy if you weigh 250 pounds of less only!

Bigger but doesnt go back as far as my regular oneAlso mesh loose so I can feel the bar in the seat section.I sm a small lightweight female so it is not my weightStill usuabke but a disappointment.

heavy, bulkey, doesnt stay closed carrying it. Great if its going to stay in one place, but that kind of defeats the purpose of folding doesn't it?

Not what I expected very cheap chair rated as 350lb I am 300 lb and bent back legs in the first sit chair cant take no more than 180lb person but the concept is good need better and stronger materials

like it for my spare room trying to find right cushioning for more relaxation

I've had these for over a year now. Still LOVE 'em. Use them every morning on the back deck for coffee. Every evening by the pool.

Absolutely waste of money, unstable, cannot use as standard chair, need a college degree (which I have) to use adjustments which do not lock in place, donated just to get rid of it. Purchased chaise lounge in adirondack style and love it.
