I’ve had this printer for a few years and I’ve never had any success with it for longer than a week or two without it completely failing to print. I have 4 printer cartridges that are basically full, including one that is brand new fresh-out-of-the-packaging that leaks ink on every print attempt, that do no actual printing whatsoever.I print two lines on my bottles:USE BY mm/dd/yyyy00118 characters. At best right now I was getting a faded bottom quarter of the 001 line.The instructions are bad and the support is worse. Thoroughly disappointed in this product which is essential to my business.

It turns out that there are small rollers on the bottom that sense how fast you are going and adjust to that speed to make an even finished product. I was originally going to use it in my nursery business, but I can now see how it'd be useful for parties, house organizing, or school items. This printer is worth every penny.
