Do Not buy! I just received this item first time purchase. I make gel and like to try different brands to find their effectiveness. This item has a very unnatural chemical smell unlike any I've ever purchased. I cannot be sure if it's origins have something to do with it, but the package reads, "Vietnam." It has VERY strong salt content. and I would not recommend to anyone. I will discard the item purchased as it is unavailable for return.

This is not SeaMoss and this product needs to be taking off of the market.

I’ve ordered sea moss before and for the price I paid on this 16 oz I only get 8 oz on others. I get the package and it looks more man made. A little upset since I can’t return it and if it’s not real sea moss it’s false advertisement. I should had chosen more wisely when I ordered this.

This is my very first time buying, making, and trying seamoss gel. At the time of this review, the seamoss was still soaking. I gave it a 5 because according to some material I’ve read, the seamoss is exactly how it’s described in the book. The water wasn’t slimy, the stems was easy to break upon rough pull, the stems were thin and not fat and bulky, so hopefully I can come back and update once it’s made. I will be adding fruit to mine because I heard the taste can be a bit nasty.

Wanted to boost the nutrient content of our smoothies and came across this product (Sea Moss). Decided to try it. Easy to prepare and to my surprise it really is odorless and tasteless. Recommended to try for arthritis and I must admit I am noticing a difference. Medical team has taken away most medications to help detox (could possibly be contributing to feeling better) I am having significantly less pain and more flexibility in the affected knee! Love the idea of using healing foods and this is a wonderful addition to a healthy diet. Used 8oz and ended up with well more than 24oz of gel. Flavoring with dried, frozen and fresh fruit is fantastic! Kids even enjoy.

Since it is my first time trying sea moss I was a little skeptical after reading some negative reviews here. But it was really good deal as for the price that was a lot of sea moss in the package. I just decided to give a try and it well worth it!During my first attempt of preparing the gel I got sort of a crystals at the bottom of the bowl, so on my next try I just added a bit more water and tried to blend the whole thing better for about 30 more secs. All the crystals are gone and entire mass looks much better and smoother.As to effects of it I was reading that the sea moss is giving energy, but with this product in particular I was amazed how much more productive I’ve became through out only a week of using it. This is the real energy booster! I don’t feel that tired by the end of the week spent working during hot summer days in non air conditioned hangar as I was feeling previously. Can move more focused and my joints feel better, I don’t know if that is related to sea moss consumption or not, but I like the effects.Overall I’m happy with my purchase even though it was my first experience and I was not sure about it. Would highly recommend this product since you getting real effective sea moss. And the amount of stuff in the package is really good for the price!
