For my entire life I have had paper thin fingernails and baby fine hair. I’ve tried many other supplements , but this is the very first to show results. After a couple of weeks of daily use - My nails are not brittle or“ bendable” any longer and they actually need to be trimmed, rather than breaking off. My hair feels healthier and thicker at the part line, where it previously looked less full. It is a tiny tablet, with no discernible flavour that simply melts under the tongue. I’m so happy with this brand that I now use several of their other products.

I use 3 different Frunutta products. Like them because they all dissolve under the tongue so you get all the ingredients and when you check the ingredient list, it's very small. Mainly it includes only what you need. However, as a vegan, I wish it didn't include lactose but they say it's a very small negligible amount. Maybe one day they'll find a dairy free substitute? All in all, I really like these products.

I got this to help my weak little eyelashes grow stronger. I didn’t see anything for a while but my hair grew thicker and my eyebrows are noticeably fuller, I only fill one spot in now. And my eyelashes? It took about a month to see some difference. The lady who does my facials monthly noticed that my lashes were longer than normal. Love Frunutta vitamins. Easily dissolves under tongue so it's absorbed directly into the bloodstream, thus eliminating any stomach upset cause by swallowing and digesting pills. There is a slight bitter taste with the biotin at the end, but not enough to be a deal breaker, hence the 4 stars instead of 5 for taste.

These tiny little vitamins are my new go-to!! I take a lot of medication and I love not having to swallow more pills to get my vitamins in! I sometimes would forgo taking my vitamins because I hated having to swallow so many pills and now that’s not a problem. They dissolve within seconds and have a nice almost fruity flavor. And the best part is, they seem to be working well. My nails are so long and strong and I have new hair growing in! I just ordered other vitamins by this same brand!!
