Q: Can i combine two so I can have one 10x 40 continuous carport for 2 cars?

Yes you could leave the back off of one and the front section off the other but you will still have a small gap between the two. All the sides and front and rear panels can be added or removed separate from each other. This does go together easily, and you could probably tie rap the two joining units pole together to close up any gab between the two units.

Q: Putting in drive way for an outdoor gym. How water proof is this? Heating with a portable heater, will this keep fairly warm?

It will stay pretty warm. Specially of you are working out. It is very waterproof from top and sides. If it is windy some water will come in from the ends and bottom. Not bad though

Q: what are the windows made of? Anyone know how well they last?

The windows are a heavy clear plastic. They don’t open they are only an illusion of a window. You can see through them. My husband assembled the carport a few months ago. He bought extras long spikes to secure it and it’s stayed standing through this wi tee of high winds and snow.

Q: Does this carport need to be tied off with ropes (to the ground)?

Yes. It comes with anchors and small rope.
