Good but...
They worked well for me on some trainers that went in a hole but they soon start peeling away after a short time. I fixed this by using UHU all purpose glue which worked great and still stuck in place after walking over 100 miles

Brilliant!!!
These have saved me throwing away several pairs of premium brand trainers. Due to me having flat feet my trainers often get wear holes in the inner heal section, with these beauties the damage is repaired in seconds, just a warning the glue on these are very strong so be careful when installing.

Wish I’d found these years ago

Easy to apply, clean look
The patches are easy to apply and help restore the inside heel of a runner/shoe. The patches provide a clean look and go well with white and black material.Adhesive could be a little stronger but still seems to hold well once applied
