If you are allergic to Latex (elastic) WARNING these pads have three strips of "elastic" (latex) running down each side of the pad in the center. I have to cut that section off each pad in order to avoid bad sores. Otherwise I really like the pads, the length is fantastic and the thickness is just right so that they are very discrete to wear.

I have light to moderate leakage. I find that the pads that are sold in stores like Poise or Tena are narrow so when they bunch up they are useless. I have tried so many brands and searched all over the web for pads that are wider. Then I found these. They are the perfect length and width. The price isn't bad either. Imagine my disappointment the first time I use one and it bunches up and comes completely unattached. Why? Because it has one strip of weak (obviously) adhesive right down the middle and that's it. Forget disappointment, I was just plain mad. Why make a pad with so little adhesive? Maybe if the adhesive worked I could understand but it's useless. I ended up buying double-sided fabric tape, cut a few strips of the tape, and attach it across the back and front of the pad. It was either that or waste them. I won't be buying anymore. Somewhere there has to be a a darn pad that is wide enough and has enough adhesive to make me happy.

These are the ones like the hospital! I ordered more after the birth of my second baby since I ordered this after having my first baby. They're just like the post partum pads from the hospital so that's a plus! It also came with freebies like wipes and the Supreme pad samples! Great products!

NorthShore DynaDry Pads, Ultimate, Pack/30 Terrible design. The edges rub on the skin. They bunch up too. Don't hold their shape.The glue strip is not wide or good enough. After I was working and bending for 4 hours, I found the pad slipping out and finally went down my pants' leg.Glue strip works OK on cotton but absolutely does not stick well on new anti-microbial properties and breathable, comfortable fabrics. Bad sticky material.Frankly, all -- and I mean all, male pads manufacturers should offer a high salary and stock options, if any, to a designing engineer who is willing to jump ship from Always or Kotex and join their firm. She'd be best at designing what men truly need. I kid you not.

No one wants to have to use this kind of protection. I hate it as a matter of fact. But these are a really good product that works better than most things I have bought.

What a great product! Better than any other I have found. Pad stays secure under patient, keeping moisture away. The cloth like exterior does not irritate her skin. Comfort for her is a 10+!!
