Nice, easy to setup and use speakerphone for my home office. Good replacement for my headset. Sound clarity is good and my colleagues have commented they like the change from my headset. It's helping take pressure of my neck during long/all day conference calls.

Easy to put up on a wall or even the ceiling. Good overall sound quality. No distortion if you turn the volume up full peak. Doesn’t look like an eyesore, you barely notice it. A tough little unit. Good gift idea, especially for someone living in a small place. Simple to control volume. The mechanics all work as they should.

I WFH, and was tired of wearing a headset for hours. I plugged this in, and it was detected by my laptop and integrates with Teams perfectly! It also doesn’t pick up TV and noise from the next room! Which is great when you are trying to make it look like you aren’t watching TV while in never-ending meetings!

I have gone through about 10 microphone/speakers trying to get the right one. This one is inexpensive AND IS PERFECT. Easy to use. Loud. Pretty. Easy to use. This is better than the more expensive Jabra and the Meet Luna! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS!

I mistakenly ordered this, thinking it was a speaker for my cell phone. I thought the device would increase the volume of the cell phone, applications on the phone, .... mostly the music applications.When it arrived, I realized it was actually a speaker (for meetings) so the the person on the other end of the call could be heard by all the parties near this device.I tried to get it set up on my cell phone, but couldn't get it set up.I made a mistake in buying it.

The media could not be loaded. This speaker is a must have for a home office. I have it on for music and whenever there's an incoming call it automatically switches to a speakerphone mode. Once the call ends, it resumes my music. The quality of the sound and the microphone helps a great deal especially for conference calls with multiple parties. I also like the flat round design of the device because it is impossible to knock over. Highly recommend.

You should see another review by another buyer:Haley Sulser, where she mentions it stops working a day after her return window close. In my case, I have a similar experience. The product stopped working about 5 weeks after my return window closed. The speaker's mics are not working. It keeps getting intermittent breaks every now and then. E.g., if I say a long sentence, parts of it won't get picked up by the mics. I can't tell if I need to update firmware and even if I do I cannot easily find its firmware. This is one of those cases where you buys from a lesser known Chinese company and you get what you pay for. The product's price is excellent when you look at the specs on paper. But does it benefit us the buyers when it breaks down after a few months. That's for you to decide.

This thing was great for a few weeks, even though it had some connection issues. It’s a good size and the speakers and mic seemed to be of great quality, so I overlooked those connection issues. Fast forward to yesterday, and no one on any of my calls could clearly hear me, they said during every call that I was completely garbled and couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Went this morning to return and it says I cannot so I’m now stuck with this saucer of junk.
