Stable as a Rock
This is a long term review as this was bought December 2017 !I had needed three things.1. Brand I can trust2. RGB fan3. Decent price pointI found it with this, 650W RGB Bronze PS by Thermaltake. The first thing I do when I install any new PS I test it with my ATX universal tester, I did with this and it passed with flying colors. The install is easy and basic as with all PS boxes. One thing that I like that is becoming standard is the modular cable system as this can allow us to pick and choose what WE need. The old attached birds nest that takes a dozen zip ties to neaten up is a thing of the past !The RGB effect is in-house so it cannot be added to Fusion etc but still the little button on the side is easy to switch as wanted. One other thing that I do like is that it is extremely quiet. Even when it's being called for a good rpm, this thing is almost dead silent I’m very impressed. The " smart fan " feature is also nice as the fan will not come on until that 10% load mark is hit, we can at a flick of the switch turn it on or off.I put together a short vid showing the color changing effects. I sped up the video just for the sake of lowering the video meg size. Not much else to say but that, yes this does work. I've never had an power surges, nothing has just turn off causing a hard boot, nothing as the title says " stable as a rock ". Easy to mount, easy to plug in and remove the cables, I have zero complaints.Helpful, is how I hope you find my review

Excellent PSU
Excellent PSU.

Pros and Cons, Comes With A Cable Bag
I like the rgb options and the fact that it came with rgb. It also had a small carrying bag for the cables, that's nice to have. It also has a silent option, it's a nice touch. The cables were a bit messy. Athough it was neatly bundled up and smooth, but the cables kinda looked like it was hastily put on and it took more room in my case than it should have. I though the cables were gonna be nice and clean. The cables for the gpu were red, it kinda ruins alot of colour schemes with red tipped cables, it really stands out.The Power supply generates quite alot of heat. I definitely reccomend putting the psu up where the fan is or else your psu will become an Easy Bake Oven. The power supply worked as intended and got the job done. For the price (and rgb with it being fully modular), I'd buy it again.I haven't tested the noise level but I'll assume it's quiet.

Time shall tell...
Should this thing die, I'll update this review. In the meantime, it comes out the box feeling fairly well built. The RGB is button controlled off the back but looks alright. The PCIE cables have red ends which are sort of a nice touch, at least where that fits the build, as in this instance. This particular one is powering a system cobbled together of spare and aged parts, Ryzen 1600 / 1060 / DVD-ROM.. VFD.. and a half-dozen disparate hard drives. The power draw isn't trying so can't say how it holds under load. The CPU is overclocked a bit, stable, ultimately held back by old RAM so it's not really a hard test on this PSU. Performs admirably for what is asked of it all the same.I've usually stuck with Seasonic over the years, or at the very least made sure the bench tests (johnny guru) are top notch if sourcing locally, but didn't want to spend much to power up a bunch of left-over parts, so this seemed a good compromise. No love for non-modular/semi-modular designs, which is why I went with this one. Only gripe would be no straight SATA connectors, had to relocate a SSD. Considering this was quite cheap, that wasn't a big deal. I would say I was pleasantly surprised for the price!
