It’s an Apple Product
If you’re into Apple products you won’t be disappointed. You know how they’re priced and the value you get for it. Being a fan, I’m happy with most Apple products. So this was no different.Build: superbResponsiveness: as expected of a good bluetooth deviceTactility: very goodDesign: excellentTouch id: no problemsSetup: not required with macsProblems: not really a problem - not meant for gamingWindows compatibility: probably, but no real benefits, go for logitechRecommended if you want an additional keyboard for your desk, besides the standard mac keyboard. Only choice if you want touch id.

Best Typing experience
This is best Typing experience I had in Keyboard. Touch ID is cherry on the top.

Descent minimalistic keyboard
This doesn't have backlight so beware, I did not knew until after the keyboard was delivered... But over-all a solid apple product for seemless apple ecosystem connectivity.

No other keyboard comes close to this one in terms of performance and ergonomics
A bit on a costlier side, but I'd say, the convenience and ergonomics it offers, is well worth the money spent.

Not advised for long periods of typing or if you have an Apple Watch
I got this wireless keyboard to use with a Mac Mini that works as an HTPC. I needed a keyboard for a little bit of sporadic typing. The Touch ID also comes in handy when you're locking or unlocking the computer. However, if you have an Apple Watch paired to your iCloud account, the Touch ID on this keyboard is mostly useless as the linked Mac will unlock itself with the watch right away. So, if you have an Apple watch, skip this and get the cheaper model without Touch ID.Now, if you want to use this for typing for a long time, please avoid getting this keyboard. A better option would be a keyboard with Mac specific key bindings. At this price, you can easily get a Logitech or Keychron mechanical keyboard. And as I mentioned earlier, if you already have an Apple Watch, the computer will automatically unlock itself. Any other operations such as logging into iCloud, Apple websites or any other action which needs admin elevation will be taken care of by the linked watch. However, if you don't have an Apple Watch and absolutely need a Touch ID keyboard, then this is the only option.

Needs a perfectly flat surface
there are no rubber feet so unless you have a perfectly flat desk which I don't, there is noise. Also ridiculously expensive, but then that is Apple!

Not great in Ergonomics. Cannot use Finger print sensor in non-M1 Macs.
The Fingerprint sensor is useless. It can be paired and used only in M1 Laptops. if you are going to buy for old Intel-based machines, Just buy this is not the right keyboard.Ergonomics is also not great.
