I have only used it to make protein bars and it worked out fine other than that I am Not sure

I don't know, as it tasted so terrible that I did consume enough to know that!!

Approx. 12 servings. There is a scooper inside. One scoop = one serving.

Q: Please tell me why the 1lb container taste different then the 1.6lb that I buy at my local big name store?

I have owned both and didn't notice a taste difference.
