Until recently, I didn't realize that the typical inexpensive multivitamin is just made from various lab created chemicals. I've now switched to the slightly more expensive vitamin supplements made from actual food ingredients. Frankly, I can't tell the difference, but I'm quite certain my body cells appreciate me consuming natural products rather than more chemicals. These are easy to swallow and just one capsule is a full day dose.

The pills have a very off putting smell and the taste is reflective of that smell. They make me burp and the burps all taste the same which is kind of gross because it makes you relive the experience of taking them. I'm confident that they work because they turn your pee the strangest shade of neon yellow I have ever seen. It's like yellow Gatorade that glows. I imagine this is what Homer Simpsons pee looks like. A clear sign that you are taking more vitamins than your body can use or needs.

I have no idea, but in case you want to know before ordering, see my attached picture that has the complete Supplement Facts listing from the back of the bottle.Aside from that, this has a really long list of vitamins and minerals, covering almost all of the ones you would expect. However, with the exception of the B vitamins, the others are included in pretty low dosages. Many of them are even below RDA levels, which themselves tend to be pretty low amounts. You could take more than one a day but if you do, your intake of B vitamins will start to get a bit too high in my opinion.I would suggest this is more of a B vitamin supplement, with other common vitamins and minerals also included. But calling it a multivitamin is a slight misrepresentation in my eyes. At $0.36 a day, it's a reasonable price, but you're likely going to need to add a few additional pills to your daily routine to cover a complete multivitamin intake. For me, I would opt for another more complete multivitamin and then add a separate B-complex supplement if I feel the multi is deficient in this area.Otherwise, everything about this supplement from New Roots Herbal seems great. Well packaged and sealed, easy to swallow capsules, made in Canada, tested in ISO accredited lab, etc. But as a multivitamin, I can only give this a 3-star rating since I don't believe it adequately captures components beyond the B vitamins.

Nice mild easy to take Multi vitamins, just one capsule a day, these seem to contain more B vitamins, which is great since that's what I like, they also contain some Minerals, the capsules are easy to swallow, and agreed well plus were easy to digest, the bottle comes sealed and provides a 60-day supply.Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavor, color or sugar.Non-GMO, tested in their ISO 17025-Accredited Lab.Cons: a bit pricey.

I have tried a lot of multi vitamins over the years. They are pretty hard to review without a lab. So I review by energy levels. I am not a caffeine drinker, and I try and mostly succeed at eating healthy with health issues. So, my gauge here is if I have natural energy from nutrients during the day, I take a multi to pick up any slack where I might have fallen behind that day. So far so normal on these vitamins, so that makes me happy.

What can be said about vitamins? They help you maintain your overall health and vitality and that's pretty much it.Pills are easy to swallow, I give these to my fiancé along with a few others for his daily health regimen and he likes them a lot.

This is a pretty affordable multi-vitamin being a one-a-day variety which I prefer. It has good concentrations of vitamins and minerals especially the B's. New Roots Herbal is a Canadian company that has been in business since 1985 and they have a website. Unfortunately, they don't explicitly state where their supplements are made or where they source their ingredients.
