The quality is average and the material will get torn if it comes in contact with sweat or not handled properly.It is not worth the price, but there is not much options in the market too. So it's an okay okay product.

Very comfortable
It will only fit for Plantronics Model C3220.The sponges are very comfortable over the ears. The thickness could have been better, apart from that there is nothing to complaint about it. Prices is also decent
