It's an very useful equipment.

Sit-up Bar is worth buying
General tips to use the Situp bar:1. Assemble the product. It's easy to assemble2. Place the situp bar on a plane surface, the knob of the situp bar should point towards floor where you will do the situp, put pressure from top of situp bar and fix the knob, check by moving the situp bar if it's fixed properly.3. For starters, 10 situps in one set. Make a promise to do 3 sets in first week. Second week onwards 20 situps in one set. Make sure to complete 3 sets4. Diet control: Eat more protein food, like boiled chana for breakfast and boiled eggs. At lunch, small portion of rice or roti with rajma, at night, light food 2 roti and dal.5. Monitor your weight and waist size regularly6. Watch motivational videos on YouTube from Sylvester Stallone, Mohammed Ali, Mike Tyson
