bought this product in June 2023, its now September 2023 and the product stopped working. From June til now this product was A++++ never had issue, very easy to install and keep my Arlo camera charged. After 2 months now it stopped charging my camera and now i am pass my return/replace window. If there is anything that can be done about replacing the product would be great. Overall the product was great.

These solar panels charged the cameras from less than half charge to a full charge in a day and a half, and then has kept them at or near 100% every day. Easy to install. (At first I had it under an eave, but it did not get enough sunlight and would only maintain the 40% that the camera was charged at. After moving it to a better location, it has worked fantastic!)

This solar panel is great! Simplifies keeping the camera and light charged up perfectly. My camera had run out of power when I decided to try the solar panel. While the camera was on the regular in home charger, I installed the solar panel on the wall. Anxious to see if it worked, when I returned the camera to the wall and attached the solar panel I had a 41% charge on the camera from in home charging. The following day I had 52% from the panel, the next day I had 62%, and then it went to 100%. I have not had to think about charging the camera again. The panel maintains the charge between 99 and 100% depending on the cloud cover. It will go down to 99% on a cloudy day, and then returns to fully charged when the sun comes out.

We use Arlo Floodlights to monitor our cabin and RV site. Although there is electricity at both locations, permanent power connections are inconvenient and unsightly. This solar panel keeps both cameras running seamlessly, as long as there is adequate sunlight every few days. The one at my cabin has been keeping the floodlight alive for over 3 years with zero maintenance. I do feel the power depletes more quickly than I'd expect during stretches when the sun isn't out so much, but neither has let my cameras fully die to date. My only real complaint might be the connection between the panel and the camera is delicate and should be enhanced. My 2nd panel had to be returned and replaced as the tiny connector wires were damaged. Overall, if you're looking to charge an Arlo camera for free, and eliminate long stretches of power cords, this works great.

I found that if you have more than a few triggers, the solar charger does not keep up. The battery goes dead in a very short while. I wasted money buying 6 of these and had to replace them with direct wire charging cords. $381 dollars wasted and return was refused by Amazon as it took more than 30 days to figure out that they were crap.

EDITED ON 12/5/23Changing my rate from 1 to 4. They had a serious issue with the camera’s firmware. After working with me for close to a month, they released a new firmware, and it fixed the problem 100%The reason they get 4 stars instead of 5, is because they were denying the issue, for close to a month. I tried 3 cameras, and returned 3 solar panels, spent hours with tech support, and the problem was not hardware related.The solar panel is now connecting without issues, charging the camera everyday.This solar panel should work with the Arlo Pro 5s, which is the newest camera released by Arlo.Already exchanged once at Amazon, but the second one is still not working. The solar icon does not even appear when using the app. I just get an error saying the product is not compatible. I heard that is also happening to the pro 3 and 4.It should be a plug and play. Definitely not the case for me.I had 4 versions of Arlo cameras, so I know it’s not a configuration issue. Tech support does not know what to do. The camera was purchased last week.

My only criticism is that the cord length does not give you many options on where you place your solar panel and connected camera. Install was very easy with just three screws and connects to the camera with a strong magnet.We do not currently use the 24/7 recording, and still generate 100's of alerts per day and the solar panel is enough to keep it at 100% going into night.

Bought 3 solar panels for my Arlo Pro 4 cameras….so far after a few weeks all is well, however, time will tell as my last Arlo Pro solar panels lasted only 3 years…..after a heavy rain due to Tropical storm Hilary they stopped charging my Arlo Pro cameras….

Keeps arlo cameras fully charged in the sun, but anything less that -5 deg c the solar panel won’t charge. Too cold!!

He adquirido este panel para mi cámara Arlo pro 4, el panel solar está pensado para mantener la carga más que para cargar la batería si está está baja. Lo bueno que te evitas desmontar la cámara para cargar la batería y así evitas tener que volver a posicionar la cámara en el lugar de enfoque deseado que al principio es lo más primordial. Lo acabo de colocar a ver que tal resultado da.
