KORANG 960P 1.3 Megapixel Wireless WiFi IP Security Camera with 32G SD Card Pan & Tilt Two -Way Audio and Night Vision

i ordered two of this cameras 7 months ago to put in my vacation house. The goal was to know who was in the cabin when we were not there, and to watch thermometers I set up to see how cold it was getting. Set up was easy if you use the camhi app and plug the camera into your router. Once set up they performed well. It was how they performed with power failures that absolutely blew my mind! I have not had to reset, power cycle, or generally curse at them at all. Seriously, these things have not skipped a beat in over 7 months. Every time I open the app they are working and ready. The email photos option is amazing and I highly suggest you set it up. I never recommend electronics, but this camera is technically bulletproof. (I wouldn't even consider using it outdoors though).One month ago I logged in to my garage camera and the night leds were not coming on. Strange, but they are on most of the time so I figured they must have burnt out. I contacted Korang via email explaining my problem. I emailed some screenshots of the faulty camera. In two days I had my replacement camera in hand. You can tell when you get a good customer service team. They are the team, that doesn't spend hours on the phone trying to "fix" or "reproduce" a problem. Korang simply asked for a discription of the problem, then there focus changed from the Defective product to how fast they could get me a replacement. No hassle, they paid for overnight shipping, and I received my replacement before we left the vacation home. I am absolutely amazed at how well this case was handled. Great work Korang!! Keep up the great work! You have a customer for life. I have already bought several for my brother in law. Nice work!FYI I haven't received anything from this company. I paid full price and they didn't ask for a review. I just felt that they needed a huge pat on the back. The product world seems to be difficult. service is where you will gain life long clients. Great product.

I purchased this camera to watch over my 14 1/2 yr old beagle while at work. Initially I was happy with the purchase, but after a couple of weeks more often than not I cannot view via the app. Now whether it's the camera or the app I am not totally sure, but regardless the manufacturer needs to address the issue.

I bought this camera as a garage / dog monitor. I was barely able to set it up using the provided instructions as they were clearly translated by a Chinese individual with a bare-minimum grasp of the English language. God help the stay at home mom or wall street executive who would never have the time for this crap.So let's start with the software because an IP camera is only as good as its software.The app "Keye" found both in the Android Marketplace and Apple App Store was what I was directed to download in the provided instructions. Quite literally most of the words in the previous sentence were what I had to go off of due to shoddy translations.The app failed to locate the camera on the local WiFi network after being plugged in. Plan B was to connect the camera via an Ethernet cable directly to the router (because I have experience with this stuff) and then use a browser to navigate to the IP found on the bottom of the camera. The password is admin the login is admin.Now that we've established communication to the camera, you are free to disconnect, reboot and try the app again.Some Chinese characters later, you will have the camera set up either by the QR code on the bottom of the device or by using the IP directly and this - by the way - is the recommended way to log in to the camera from a browser / desktop. Use the IP in the URL and the same admin credentials.As far as 3rd party software so that I can actually get a decent UI and support out of the thing - there is none by all appearances. All 3rd party IP Cam software(s) that I have come across thus far have never listed the brand "Korang" as a manufacturer that will be recognized. Same goes for 3rd party apps on mobile.This product is clearly made in China at the lowest bar possible which means zero product support, limited software compatibility, and half broken English responses from the "company" if you can hunt their website down. [...]Hardware-wise this is an excellent camera so it's a shame to see the back end not supported. Such is the current state in 2016 though were this camera was likely made in a sweatshop by a 14 year old. Kind of feel bad for purchasing it in that sense.When you are actually using the camera it functions decently. Almost no noise from the mechanical movement from the camera. Haven't got to play with the microphone features yet due to the crappy software support. It's a reliable camera that has good uptime even when trying to log in from a cellular connection. The IR functions work phenomenally- amazing what this camera can see in my pitch black garage.All in all, it's worth the price but there's better software support out there for comparable hardware.

Nice product

I had a problem in configured this camera, and contact with Kor-ang and they communicates with me quickly. The assistance was great. They were with me until you get the correct settings. The wonderful product as the management from my phone is very easy. The images of very good quality and night vision despite the absence of total light is amazing. I recommend this product in the company.

The camera itself seems really nice, does at advertised and is silent when moving around. But, the app is completely useless and terrible. I'm unable to connect to the camera through the WiFi, but a wired connection to my router works fine. The app also crashes when I try to turn on the sound/microphone.Also, the included instructions are technically in English but they make absolutely zero sense.
