Basic, affordable, easy-to-use laminator. Unfortunately the first one I got stopped working after just a few uses - it wouldnt heat up at all. It was too late to return to Amazon, so I reached out to the company directly via the email provided in the pamphlet. They sent me a brand new laminator, no questions asked. Very pleased with the customer service I recieved, and the new laminator works great, so I'm giving it 5 stars. Will update my review if anything changes. Thanks Zuukoo!

So I bought this machine as I create my own books marks and wanted to have a. Good way to protects my designs. This machine did not come with a lot of instructions but was very easy to figure out. There is a hot and cold feature that has turned out to be very handy. This machine also comes with so lamination sheets so that you can get started right away with any lamination project. This is a lightweight machine and is small enough that it doesn't take up much room. 10 outta 10 would buy again.

When I got my laminator it didn’t turn on at all and they sent me a new one. Bummer I had to wait longer for a working one but the second worked very well. Im laminating everything now including my toddlers artwork lol

I purchase this product back in in September 2021. It worked for 3 months and then the hot laminating function stopped working. I emailed the company for warranty replacement. It took them several days to get back to me. I had to send them a second email to which they finally responded Asking me for my address. I though they were going to send me a replacement directly. I sent them additional emails asking them when i could expect my replacement. They took several days to get back to me stating amazon would send me a replacement. That was Jan 6th. I am still waiting for my replacement. Since then the cold lamination has stopped working and the unit will not even power on anymore.This product has POOR QUALUTIY CONTROL and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.UPDATE 1-30-2022I had an issue with the laminator not working and the green light wouldnt come on to hot laminate. I contacted the seller. It took them a few days to get back to me. They did order me a replacement but for some reason it got lost in a "pending status". I contacted them again and they updated a replacement to come faster.They were very responsive with my emails.Customer service I would update to 4 stars since after about 2 1/2 weeks I finally got my replacement laminator. They also gave me a box a laminating sheets for my troubles.so in summary.customer service i would give them 5 starsDevice itself I would give 5 stars because when it works I really did like the product.Quality assurance - I would have to give 2-3 stars because I dont think a product should fail within 3 months of use.

While it’s difficult to get too excited over a new laminator, this machine is pretty awesome. I couldn’t post pictures of what I actually needed to laminate, so I attached a picture of my “test piece”. The machine works well and heats up quickly, making the task of laminating much more enjoyable.

The media could not be loaded.  Works pretty fast. Super easy to use.....just put picture in and it sucks it through. Gets a nice seal with hot and cold, though hot is better. Good price for the machine!!

Took a chance on this little laminator and I'm glad I did. Used it to laminate a bunch of sheets non-reusable Melissa & Doug stickers and now my daughter has a reusable activity set to keep her busy on rainy days.

I bought this for use at work, as I am an elementary school counselor and make a lot of visuals for my students.This was great until it jammed. I’ve had it for just under a year and a few days ago it jammed and the jam-clearing reversal switch did nothing to fix it. I am disappointed and will be buying a different brand of laminator to replace it.
