Agility ladder drills are a good price of equipment to get your heart pumping and are a great form of cardio exercise.There is currently no price to comment on value for money.They help to improve speed, agility and coordination — in addition to strengthening your joints, ligaments and tendons.This agility ladder comes with a carry bag and four pegs to help make it more portable if required.There is a lot of fabric to wind up again due to length of ladder so this may not be the most convenient travel aid for some.There is a lot of exercise and drills online if you search for them as no information comes with the ladder itself, so best to check if not sure.The rungs are made of a durable plastic which you move along the runner to space them out for each drill.Start slowly to get yourself accustomed to the placement of your feet and then increase speed.If you find things getting sloppy, standing on instead of inside or foot outside rung then slow down and build up again.My nephew is a keen footballer and he enjoys items like these to develop his skills. We are setting up a training plan for both of us, good for his football skills and my cardio.

This arrived in perfect condition.This is quite heavy and needs to be put together. You can change the length in-between the rungs so that is suitable for different needs and abilities.Is not exactly easy to move around when it's made up, (at least it's not easy for me, a grandparent with pain issues)This is a great aid for any budding football/rugby players or keep fit enthusiasts out there.

My son is obsessed with football training, but the weather has been poor so he’s been using these indoors. He’s very happy with them. They come in a small carry case and are very light. Needs setting up initially to space out the rungs, but once that is done they can be rolled up and put back in the bag. They also come with a couple of steel pegs so you can fix them down. These will be useful if it’s windy as they are of a very lightweight construction.
